About VPNPaper

Cross-border access and everyday use

VPNPaper is a subscription service for cross-border connectivity, designed for everyday browsing, remote collaboration, AI tools, and streaming. It covers 120+ countries with 210+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices.

Routes, data allowances, and billing terms are clearly laid out. Monthly plans suit ongoing use, while data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Check your needs before choosing; every plan comes with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

Choosing routes and resolving issues

Choose a route based on the target service’s regional requirements and your actual connection performance—not just geographic distance. IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct connections suit different network conditions. If performance fluctuates during peak evening hours, check your local network first, then compare other routes to avoid confusion from switching too often.

If you run into an issue, submit a support ticket through the user panel with your platform, route name, when it occurred, and any error message. Remove subscription links and account credentials from diagnostic materials. Access to AI tools and streaming services may also depend on third-party regional, account, and service rules; a network connection does not guarantee account access.

Privacy and minimal data collection

VPNPaper follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service management uses only the information needed. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. When reporting an issue, share only what’s needed to troubleshoot it, and leave out unrelated personal information.

Military-grade encryption helps protect your connection, but you should still keep your account password and subscription credentials secure. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling, and the Terms of Service for usage and refund rules.
