CONNECTION NOTES

Routes, tools and device policies

Here's how to think about your connection: routes determine the path, tools have their own requirements, and plans cover data and billing.

Routes

Choose a route for your task, especially during peak hours

↗

Video calls, file syncing and video streaming place different demands on a connection. VPNPaper offers IEPL dedicated, transit and direct routes. To choose one, first check which regions your target service supports, then compare performance on the same task. If pages stall or video buffers during peak hours, try another route in the same region while keeping your app settings unchanged; this makes it easier to spot the difference. Your experience also depends on your local broadband and Wi-Fi environment, as well as the destination site. Don't choose a route based on geographic distance alone, or assume every task needs the same connection.

AI Tools

Web apps, streaming responses and developer tools

↗

Using AI tools involves more than opening the homepage: you may also need to sign in, stream responses, upload files or call APIs from a development environment. Before using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, check each provider's supported regions and account requirements, then choose an appropriate exit region. Keep your network environment consistent during a conversation to avoid triggering verification by switching regions frequently. A working web connection doesn't mean the command line or editor extension is using the same route. If results differ, check the client proxy and tool settings separately to pinpoint the issue.

Unlimited devices, connect across your devices

Configure work computers, mobile devices and home computers for their individual uses. VPNPaper allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time. Dedicated access options are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, so you don't need to juggle connection slots when switching devices. Keep in mind that unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data: usage across all devices counts toward your selected plan. Check subscription updates and connection status on each device. If something goes wrong, start by troubleshooting the device in question rather than changing every client at once.

Military-grade encryption

VPNPaper uses military-grade encryption to protect data in transit. Connection protection and account security work together: when handling work files on public networks, check website addresses, keep your system updated and use a unique password for your service account. Your subscription link contains client configuration credentials, so keep it on your personal devices rather than sharing it in public documents or screenshots. Encryption doesn't replace the destination site's access controls or eliminate every endpoint risk. Understanding these limits helps you use connection protection appropriately.

Streaming: check the region first

Before watching Netflix, YouTube or other services, check the content region, account access and playback device, then choose a suitable route. Loading a homepage and playing specific content are two different things; catalog changes, third-party region checks and licensing rules can all affect the experience. If playback buffers, keep the video quality and title the same, try another route in the same region, then check your local network. VPNPaper provides cross-border connection routes; third-party catalogs and account benefits are determined by each platform. A single connection result is not a guarantee of ongoing availability.

7-day refunds

When choosing a plan, consider whether it fits your actual usage environment as well as its data allowance and price. VPNPaper offers 7-day refunds, giving you time to assess the experience with your usual devices, work schedule and target services. After activating a plan, test everyday tasks such as browsing, file syncing and streaming instead of judging by a single moment's connection status. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your order details and request. The terms of service contain the applicable rules. Having your test results and order information ready can help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

ROUTE SHEET

Popular routes preview

120+ countries / 210+ routes. The examples below show regions and route types; see the user panel for the full route list.

Choose a route by starting with the service you want to use: check which regions it supports, then find a matching exit. If it has no specific region requirements, start with a familiar region and test the websites you use regularly, including sign-in, page loading and sustained transfers. Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Zurich are shown here as examples. The route types in the table explain how connections are organized; they don't mean every service is available in every region.

IEPL dedicated, transit and direct describe how a connection is routed, not a universal ranking for every task. For everyday browsing, look at page response times; for remote work, check connection stability over time; for video, assess playback. If something goes wrong, try another route in the same region before changing regions. This makes it easier to tell whether the issue is the route or a change in the target service's account or regional rules.

BILLING NOTES

Monthly plans and data packs

For regular use, consider monthly data; for occasional use, consider data that stays available over time. Devices are unlimited, but data allowance depends on the plan you choose.

60GB

¥9.9 / month

For browsing, text conversations and occasional use of international services.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date

Data pack

Use until depleted; never expires

¥158 / 300GB
¥358 / 1000GB
¥658 / 3000GB

If your usage is irregular, with occasional bursts followed by long idle periods, a data pack offers another way to pay. Unlike monthly plans that reset, a data pack is based on your remaining balance and never expires until used up. Compare your expected usage and habits, not just the price. See the plans page or user panel for full pricing and available options.

Resets, upgrades and payments

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. If you often approach your current data limit, consider upgrading based on your usage history; if you only use the service occasionally, see whether a data pack better suits your habits. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data. Monthly plan data and non-expiring data packs are calculated differently.

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. No email address is required: create an account with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. Orders, subscriptions and client downloads are all managed in the user panel, where you can also manage device changes later.

Compare plans based on your actual usage

Data use varies widely between browsing, online chats, image assets and video streaming. The same amount of time online won't necessarily use the same amount of data. Before choosing a plan, check usage records on your devices or existing clients. Separate your regular needs from occasional large file transfers, then decide how much data you need. The suggested use cases above are guidance, not promises about how long a plan will support a particular task. Video quality, file size and background syncing all affect usage.

After activation, test your everyday tasks first

Sign in to the panel to get your subscription, then configure the client for your device. After signing in, you can get the client for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. The iOS option requires a valid plan; check the panel for the specific requirements. Start by testing a familiar website, then try the work or entertainment services you actually need. For import, subscription update or connection issues, follow the quick-start guide step by step. Avoid changing plans repeatedly before setup is complete.
